What Items are Tested?

This is a thorough Test, and everything that is hard-wired will be tested for wear and tear, as well as more obvious visual damage. Our engineers and operatives are experts in spotting any potential hazards within your internal system. We check all areas of your system including the main incoming supply point through to sockets, light fittings and other wiring accessories by injecting test voltages. This shows the true functionality of cables and connections.
When will I receive my report?

Once the fixed wire test is complete, a full written report within 5 working days (electrical installation condition report) of each consumer unit / distribution report detail the results and highlight if any remedial work is required.
How do I pay?

Upon sending you your report, you will also receive your invoice allowing you 30 days to pay.
How to I understand the report?

The faults highlights are categorised as either a C1, C2, or a C3. A C1 failure needs immediate action since there is a real danger present. A C2 requires attention soon but is not immediate, and a C3 is a suggested improvement due to wear and tear.
